Not sure we know what is happening there.

1) go to the MyInfo section and edit your personal info to make sure you indicate you were in the military in 2018....and indicated your E-level. You must be E-5 or lower for a Free Deluxe use

2) then go to your W-2, edit it and make sure the W-2 is correct, and on the page AFTER the main form, you checked the box (whole page of boxes) that the W-2 is a military W-2.

beyond that, at this late date, you don't really have time to mess with it...pay and file...or try to get thru to Customer Support (but you and a gazillion others are calling right now...a week or two ago would be easy to get thru)
