Non taxable W-2 minister earnings

I received a W-2 for non-taxable minister earnings. TurboTax is showing it as taxable income. The W-2 has a typed message across the top "Minister earnings not subject to withholding". How do I enter this into TurboTax? Yes, a 4361 has been filed.

Of course the wages are taxable ... however they are NOT subject to SS & Medicare withholding which is what the message means ... which means boxes 3-6 should be blank.
