Non-taxable caregiver income reported on a W-2 line 12a for 2024 (SOLVED)

My son is a designated caregiver for his disabled adult daughter. They are in the same household so payments are non-taxable. For the first time he received W-2 for 2024. He has received this benefit for years, but has never before received a W-2. All entries on the W-2 show $0 except for a single entry on line 12a. When I use the pulldown choices for line 12 none of the options seems to fit. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Solved: The correct pulldown choice for line 12 is 11- Medicaid waiver. Seems odd, but that's it.
