Non Resident alien or residential alien F1
So I have been in the US since 2013 and haven’t been home longer then 2-4 weeks. Last time I left the US was in 2017. Am I considered a resident alien? I’ve paid taxes since 2017 as well.

If you are an alien (not a U.S. citizen), you are considered a nonresident alien unless you meet one of two tests.
You are a resident alien of the United States for tax purposes if you meet either the green card test or the substantial presence test for the calendar year (January 1-December 31).
Certain rules exist for determining the Residency Starting and Ending Dates for aliens.

Yes, for tax purposes only, you would be considered a resident alien.
