Non Passive Rental Property Loss--California

Because I am material participant and  a real estate profession, i treat my rental property as Non Passive Loss on Federal Tax return. Both 1040 Schedule E and 8582 (not show of the Non-Passive loss on the form) show correctly.

However, the California form 3801 Part I line 1b list the property as Passive Loss.

How can i adjust California Form 3801 to make the loss as Non Passive Loss. I saw the loss also shows on California Worksheets As Passive.
