i filed federal electronic now do i have to mail tx forms to irs? how do they get

copies of tx forms and wd?

No, you don't have to mail anything to the IRS, since you have submitted your tax return electronically.  They have a copy of all your forms, and you sent yours through TurboTax electronically. Nothing else is there to mail.
