I have a CRP from 2017, can I file this with my 2018 CRP together or do I need to do 2 different forms for each year?

No, you can't claim both years on your 2018 form.

You'll need to file your 2017 CRP information on a separate 2017 form, and your 2018 CRP on the 2018 form.

Please see Renter’s Property Tax Refund for additional resources.
