Can I get a refund from TurboTax if my taxes were rejected for e-filing?

No, the fee is to prepare a return that can be filed even if you have to mail it in ... there was no guarantee that you will successfully efile. Try to fix the rejection and resubmit  or switch to paper filing ... if you owe you must have this filed by midnight today ... if you have a refund the deadline doesn't apply to you.
