no refund for turbotax bussines case closed

I was trying to do tax with tubotax bussines however after i paid i accdently pressed some thing to restart the form and now i have to redo so i give up and hoping for a refund been contacting custmer support and online support they gave me a form when i called the second time however now the case is closed after 7 days and i have no idea why and no one to go to case number [number removed]

the website you have put down does not workit shows this in chinese basically saying that this website does not work go to the other one that i failed to contact with can some just please help me... with something real is 400 dollar is not cheap

ok plesase send a spicalist at this point the website you sent me make me go to billing with a loop website that doesnt actully show any my bill other then keep letting me log in i have tryed phone call website coustemr support and commounity please show me some one that finsh this deal.
