No questions, just want to state that charging over $80 in fees for 10ez tax return is rediculous & wrong. I’ve used turbo tax since 291

That said, you should have been shown the price before e-filing your return.  Often there are fees that you can choose to remove before you file.  Some other fees are for features that you choose (such as the Refund Processing Service...which costs $39.99) to have TurboTax fees deducted from your federal tax refund.

Sorry you're so unhappy.  TurboTax is a great product (not perfect).  Sure hope you'll be back!
