No place to enter payer's FEIN if manually entering 1099-INT

I received 1099-INT from American Express national Bank. 

Turbotax doesn't have this bank import option.

But when i manually entered 1099-INT, I didn't see a box for payer's FEIN.

(If you import 1099-INT, the FEIN will be imported and display.)

You don’t need to input an EIN to report interest.
