My profile says that my taxes have been filed, and underneath that is a button that says "Download/Print" does that mean I have to send my taxes in by mail, even though I used e-file?

No, if you e-filed your return you are not required to mail anything in. The Download/Print button just means that you have the option to print or save a copy of your tax return if you would like.
