No Definite Locality Name?

On my W-2, box 18 and 19 are filled in, however box 20 just says "Various". I've tried to look this up but everyone else seems to have the individual localities in box 20 listed with their respective numbers in box 18 and 19 instead of the vague "Various" that I have. I'm not sure how to proceed.

Box 20 is listed for the name of the local tax agency (such as city tax) that funds were withheld for.  If you are unsure of which localities this would be for, you will need to contact your employer to find out who they paid.  Once you know who was paid you can list this information in box 20.
