I have not used Turbo tax before and do not have a copy of my prior year return. Can I still use Turbo Tax online to file this year without that?

Yes, you do not need last year's return to file with TurboTax online this year.

You will need last year's AGI to efile. It is on 1040 line 11. And any other carryover amounts.
