Nj state accepted my return but confirmed a refund amount less than what my tax return showed. Why?

My turbo tax state return included a $425 refund. I just got word from the state that I was only getting a $353 refund. Why the difference?

NJ will be sending you a letter; they do not notify TT.

Could you have made a data entry error?
