So, my wife has a couple of W2's along with 1099-NEC, and 1099-MISC. Her smaller W2 has NJ SDI listed in box 14 with .93 entered as a total. TurboTax has flagged it as an error stating that New Jersey SDI cannot be greater then 0. I have the ability to just simply click done and proceed with my return and file, should I do this or will this cause some error with my return. Thanks for the help.

The second W-2 was incorrectly completed because New Jersey suspended the SDI in 2023 - see "In October, NJDOL announced a reduction in worker contribution rates for 2023, with Temporary Disabi...".
Your wife may want to talk to HR and point this out - it appears that the employer withheld money from the employee who needed it and sent it to the state who didn't want it.
Of course, $0.93 isn't very much in the grand scheme of things. I suspect that if you just proceeded to file, it will turn out fine.
I am having the same issue, my 2023 W2 says $24 was withheld for NJ SDI.
Turbotax won't let me e-file if it isn't change to 0.
I need to file asap, but my employer is taking their sweet time getting back to me on the issue.
Obviously it needs to be $0 .
So do I have to wait for my employer to issue a corrected W2? Or can I just go ahead and change the $24 to $0 and submit my return now, or would I run the risk of it being rejected?
Thank you.

I don't THINK your return would be rejected upon e-filing, because the IRS normally doesn't care about state information.
So, you can go ahead and try it - zero out the NJSDI and e-file.
I also recommend that you document what you did and why, in case anyone ever asks.
