New federal w4 - I want to change my status from a S0 to a S1. O my H line i have the number 3, but, for a S1 status i should fill "1" on line 5, correct?

Hi, i want to change my status from S0 to s1 to have fewer tax withheld next year.

For this, i am not sure if i am filling up my W4 correctly. My line H gives me 3 allowances, nonetheless, if I am not mistaken you should claim "1" ON LINE 5 FOR A s1 STATUS, CORRECT?
