Never received a 1099 from a company I worked six weeks for. Turns out they went out of business. How do I go about reporting this income without a 1099?

You can enter as General Income. Business income may include income received from the sale of products or services. For example, fees received by a person from the regular practice of a profession are business income. Rents received by a person in the real estate business are business income.
