You don't. You get a refund for H&B and then you purchase what you want. If you purchased it in a store on a physical CD, you'll have to return it to the store per that store's return policy. If you purchased it online directly from TurboTax and elected to download the installation file, you'll have to call telephone support directly. To get a phone number start at https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact/ but take note that you will ***NOT*** be given the call option when telephone support is closed. They're open M-F 5am - 5pm ***PACIFIC*** time. Also, do not use the word "REFUND" in any of your responses or you will never get a phone number or a human. Instead, use the word "BILLING".
