Need to talk to someone I have paid don't think we finished filing, received an additional 1099 INT

We’d be glad to talk to you.

In fact, we have multiple help channels available to our customers, including many different telephone numbers for specialized TurboTax departments.  Moreover, we stay open extended hours, including weekends, during the busy tax season (8AM to 12PM Eastern Time).  We can help you with amending, or with entering another 1099-INT into your tax return.

Therefore, in order to route your inquiry to the right place, and to speak with a live TurboTax agent best equipped to assist you, we respectfully ask that you please fill out a support ticket using the link below.

Following this process will help ensure that your issue is routed appropriately.

Additionally, and before you speak to an agent, you may wish to learn more about amending a tax return -- just in case your original return did get e-filed before you started experiencing computer problems.  That way you'll know enough about the amending process to help our agent help you (should this kind of assistance be required).

Also, our telephone agent will have the tools necessary to check and see if you did file already, after, of course, confirming your taxpayer identity for security purposes.  Here is a link to learn more about amending:
