Need to print a copy of my tax forms

Here are instructions to print your return after you have filed it: How do I view, download, or print a prior-year tax return?

If you are still working on your return and have already paid, per:  Can I print a copy of my return in TurboTax Online before I file it?:

1. "Open or continue your return
2. Enter your return by selecting Continue or Start on Tax Home.
3. Select Tax Tools from the menu, then Print Center (on mobile devices, tap in the upper left corner to expand the menu).
4. Select Print, save, or preview this year's return, and follow any additional instructions.
   Once your PDF opens in Adobe Acrobat Reader, select the printer icon.
5. Make any adjustments in the Print window and then select Print."

I bought my turbo from Staplesnanf went through the whole form but it would not accept my key code. I tried several times but still no acceptance. I try to contact them but all I got was that “”just answer program that wanted money answer questions. I gave up paid turbo tax 21.00 and tax. So I am out the 40.00 plus tax I paid staples. Will prpbacbly NOT buy turbo tax again.
