If you’re still having trouble, we suggest that you check with the IRS to make sure that the copy of your return is the same as what they have in their records. To do this, you can order a tax return transcript.
If you’ve tried everything and nothing works, you can still file a paper return by printing out copies of your federal and state returns and mailing them. We’ll include File by Mail Instructions on where to send your returns and what forms, if any, you need to include.

If you plan to e-file your tax return, you may need to first find the amount of AGI from last year's return in order for the IRS to verify your identity. You can find your AGI on the form you used to file your last year's return.
If you did not use TurboTax to file 2019 tax return you have to retrieve a copy of that return to find the Adjusted Gross Income (AGI). Or if you did not file last year then check that box.
If you filed and IRS adjusted your return your 2019 AGI may be different than the copy you have. You can request a transcript from the IRS of the 2019 return to retrieve the AGI
