Need to get a hold of live person in Intuit

I just need a live person, and hearing that disembodied recorded voice makes me angrier each time. I need to file for a previous year, so I paid intuit so I can download the software. Unfortunately, it is for the wrong year. I haven't downloaded it yet. And when I ask for a call back, Intuit does not. I am then forced to call the number, and rather than get to a person, it is the automated voice system. This is really not helpful.
