Even if she amended her 2022 tax return to change her dependency, your e-filed tax return will continue to be rejected.  Once the IRS receives a tax return with her Social Security number entered as the taxpayer the IRS will not change their database for received tax returns.

You will have to print, sign, date and mail your 2022 tax return to the IRS.

If you printed and mailed your own tax return you will just have to wait for the IRS to process your mailed return.  It will take longer than an e-filed return so you will need to be patient.  Your child who filed incorrectly will still need to amend their return and change the way they answered the question in My Info regarding whether they can be claimed as someone else's dependent.
