You are too late to use TurboTax for those returns. The software is only available and supported back to tax year 2019. And it is too late for you to receive a tax refund for those returns. Even if your tax forms show a refund, the refunds have been forfeited. If you owe tax due you still need to pay, and the IRS will bill you for the interest and late filing penalties.
You can seek local paid tax help, or you can use the paper forms and prepare them by hand to mail in. Make sure you gather up all of your W-2's, 1099's, etc. The returns can only be filed by mail, and you will need to attach copies of documents that show tax withheld.

As xmasbaby0 said, TurboTax for 2017 and 2018 is no longer available or supported. You should be able to find other tax software companies that still offer software for 2017 and 2018.
If you find someone offering TurboTax for those years, don't buy it. It will not be the final version, but you will not be able to update it. And you will not be able to get state software.
