Do not change it!

Online is only good for 1 return per account.  But you can use the same email address for 5 accounts.   How to start another return in the Online version

Isn't it a new return so they ask for the info all over again?

I do 3 returned and each one is " New Return" ( except have been doing then for a while so just make sure you grab the correct one from the page). Upper left click on File then click on 

New Return.

No.  The online version is different than the Desktop program.  There is no File menu tab (except to file the return).  There is not a File-New Return or File-Save options.

if you use the same online account for multiple taxpayers, only the data for the last one entered exists. the others are gone permanently.  so in 2022 when you post a question asking where the returns are for your two other daughters we would tell you the same thing. if you used your account and already filed, your return is also gone permanently.
