Need three states but only two showing in TT Deluxe

My daughter resides in NJ, but had two jobs in Washington DC and a job in NY.  Therefore, she must file in three states.  I entered the W2s from both DC jobs and the NY job, but only NJ and DC are showing in the upper left column under Federal Refund.  Shouldn't NY also show for the W2 from NY.  I checked and all W2s are coded properly for state wages and taxes, as is her residence.  How do I add NY for download?  Thank you

If you mean add a State return to file, You can add up to 5 states to your return.  for the Online version, click on the State Taxes , click on Your State Returns, click on the Add Another State button.

Yes, you can add an additional state. To download a state program for TurboTax for Mac:

1. Open your return in TurboTax.
2. Select TurboTax from the menu bar, then Download State.
3. In the pop-up window, select your state and then choose Next.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

If you need to download additional state programs, repeat these steps.
