Need help making sure that my name is the only name on my tax return

I am receiving mail that says my name followed by company LLC.  I thought it was a wrong name.  I need help making sure James company LLC isn’t the name that irs sends stuff to.

Check your name under My Info.  The IRS uses the name on your 1040 tax return.  Check your 1040.  Before filing,  You can preview the 1040 or print the whole return

If you signed up an LLC with the IRS they will send LLC information to the responsible party you listed on the EIN application.  If this is incorrect then when you file the LLC tax return you can correct this situation.
