To fill out the form 8962 you to go to 

• Deductions and Credits
• Medical
• Affordable Care Act (Form 1095-A)

You need your form 1095-A to put the information in.  The program will walk you through the steps and will produce the form 8962 for you.

I filed my taxes with you guys last year and didn't do a 1095A So I received a  letter from the I R S saying I need to do the 1095A and a 8962 form ! They still haven't processed my taxes until they get those forms!! I need help

You can use whatever product you used last year to create Form 8962 and revise your 2019 tax return to add the 1095-A    Full instructions are included in the link below.  

Form 8962 Premium Tax Credit is required when someone on your tax return had health insurance in 2020 through Healthcare.gov (or a state marketplace) and took the Advance Premium Tax Credit to lower their monthly premium. We'll help you create (or correct) the form in TurboTax.

You should have received a paper form in the mail from your marketplace. If you didn't receive a Form 1095-A, sign in to your Healthcare.gov account to download a copy.  Once you've got it, follow the instructions below for your version of TurboTax.   @GANNIE4
