Nearly completed my 2018 return with Premier. For Form 1041 I need a Business version of Turbo Tax. How to transfer info from unfinished Premier to Business version?

You will not be able to accomplish that since TurboTax Business only supports preparation of income tax returns for entities (e.g., estates/trusts, partnerships, corporations). 

You would use TurboTax Premier for your personal income tax return and TurboTax Business to prepare your 1041, so you actually need both programs.

TurboTax Business, however, is not available as an Online product and will not run natively on a Mac; it must be installed and run in a Windows environment on your computer. You can purchase TurboTax Business at the link below.
