Is this a NFCU side problem or an Intuit issue? Navy Federal Credit Union is listed in the TurboTax program drop down menu of financial institutions.

Import works well from five other financial institutions. Only NFCU fails.

More than likely the problem is with NFCU. If you have tried multiple times and still cannot import, then you will need to enter manually.
