My wife works for World Bank and she receives a w2 with only wages part is filled. Should she file schedule se? If so, should it be salary - taxes?

If schedule se is filed should I put salary - taxes paid? Like I mentioned above, estimated payments are made quarterly by my wife for both federal and state.

You're wife should file Schedule SE to report self-employment taxes on her wages.  After entering the W-2 form, please check the box on a subsequent screen to indicate she needs to file that schedule (see screenshot below).  Her self- employment tax is based on the amount of her salary for 2016.

Ok so lets say she makes 100k and paid estimated taxes of 35k. So should the self employment tax be 100-35 = $65k? or $100K
