My wife was covered by Medicaid due to pregnancy up until the end of August. Should I be expecting a 1095 form for her? If so, how much should this effect?

You probably will not get a 1095 from Medicaid but you can include it under "had coverage under a government plan" and then add the months of the coverage.  That will help some with your penalties if there was no other coverage.
