My wife is trying to access her Turbotax account, but she lost the United States number she had because she moved to Brazil.  She has already entered the email and confirmed the number, and when it comes to entering the information, even though it is correct, the system will not.  Please help me resolve this.

Contact TurboTax Support.  Here is the contact information.  They should be able to verify the account with other information that your wife has even though she no longer has the same phone number.

So, the other problem is because we moved to Brazil and we can't call the Turbotax number. We tried several times, but without sucess. They have some e-mail or kind of that we can talk to them? Do you know?
