My wife has a turbo tax account including our last 4 years. I started our taxes this year with a different account and already paid. How can I combine accounts ?

Does that mean you haven't yet filed?

You can't combine/merge accounts.   If you haven't yet filed, do you want to start your return over in the other account so that the *.tax2017 data file will flow into a new 2018 return?   If so, since you already paid, you can see if TurboTax Support can assist you in getting the proper credit.  We can tell you how to talk to them.

Or if you haven't filed, perhaps you can move to the desktop product and download the *.tax2017 data file from the other account, and transfer it into a new 2018 return to prepare on your computer.   Since you paid online and have this two-account problem, perhaps Support will furnish you the desktop download.
