My wife has a 1099-MISC how do we report it?

My wife received a 1099-misc for a courtesy cable TV account from Time Warner, now Spectrum. This was thru her previous employer. She does not own a business.  Turbo Tax wants us to fill out private business owner questions etc.   Very confused.

Open up Turbotax:

PERSONAL > Personal Income > Other Common Income > Income From 1099-MISC
