My wife doesn't have SSN. She only has ITIN number. I have entered that ITIN number in the SSN field as I didn't see a field for ITIN. Please let me know if that is wrong

No, that is not wrong. as long as the ITIN is still active, you would use that in place of a Social Security Number.

No, that is not wrong. as long as the ITIN is still active, you would use that in place of a Social Security Number.
