The occupation you list on the tax return is for information purposes only and does not affect in any way the tax return.

So you list any occupation you wish: caregiver, nanny, nurse....

"Occupation" is only used for statistical purposes----so whatever you enter has no effect on your tax due or refund. She could put "Caregiver" or "special needs caregiver" or whatever she wants.
