My wife and I want to file together but I have child support that I owe she doesn’t want it to be taken off her tax return what do I do?

You can still file jointly and attach form 8379 - Injured Spouse to your tax return to prevent the IRS from offsetting your spouse's share of the tax refund.

You can still file jointly and attach form 8379 - Injured Spouse to your tax return to prevent the IRS from offsetting your spouse's share of the tax refund.
