Everyone listed on the policy can use the same 1095-A. After you enter the 1095-A into TurboTax, you will be asked about uncommon situations. From there, mark the option that says I share this policy with someone else not on my tax return. You can allocate the amounts however you all decide as long as the totals add up to 100%.

Is the 1095-A under either your or your wife's SSN and includes your sons?
if not whose SSN is in box 5
and who is listed in Part II
then you must include the 1095-A in your return and do a policy allocation for what you want to allocate to them.
they in turn need your 1095-A and 8962 because they must report what you allocated to them on their 1040 form 8962.
once corrected, they should be able to efile
For Part 1 My SS is listed on Section 5, Wife is listed as Spouse with her SS# in Section 8.
Part 2 Has Wife and sons listed with SS#’s.
I was setup on a separate Policy, therefore received a separate 1095-A.
