My wife and I both have Medicare which your form does not offer as a choice?

My wife and I are both on Medicare but your app does not allow me to tell you that ?  It makes me choose from other options which do not apply.

No it does not make you choose from other options.  The program asks if you have one of the plan types listed.  If you do NOT then answer NO to the question and Continue.  This completes the Health Insurance section.
