My W2 Boxes 1 & 2 are blank, while boxes 3 to 6 are filled

My W2 Boxes 1 and 2 are blank, while boxes 3 to 6 are filled with Social Security and Medicare wages and withheld. Box 12a is also filled with DD 3560.16. I wonder what I should add in boxes 1 and 2 while filing on TurboTax to avoid paper filing.

Since you don't have any withholding in Box 2, enter a 1 for Box 1. This will let you e-file and won't materially change your tax return.
