My W-2 says Needs review no matter what I do. I tried deleting and re-importing. I tried deleting and typing in manually. Neither clears the needs review?

The issue may be due to use of Box 16, 18, 19, 20 in WA where no income tax on W-2?

When I try to sign up to get a notification when this is fixed, I am "ACCESS DENIED"
