What license?  To install the Desktop program?  You can't apply the License Code to the Online version.  Are you trying to use the Online version?

if you are installing the CD on another computer you need to call in next week and get a new License Code.   If you downloaded the program on the old computer you can download it again the same way.

Your question is posting from online Live---you cannot pay for online TurboTax with that license code.   Do not make the mistake of using online and then trying to pay using the license code.   The license code is only for the CD/download and does not include using the "live" expert help.
