Where is this referring to? Page 1 of the 1040 on lines 3a and 3b? In the Capital Gains & Qualified Dividends worksheet?

Thank you.  I think my problem was just that I hadn't entirely finished some sections before moving on, when I had left and returned.

Qualified dividends may qualify for capital gain treatment and the actual taxation of them may show on the Sch D if you have one in your return for other reasons,.
