Yes, you can.

In Windows:

1.  Click Federal Taxes across the top.

2.  Click Other Tax Situations across the top.

3.  Scroll down to Other Return Info.

4.  Click Start by Identity protection PIN.

In Online:

1.  Click Federal on the left-hand side menu.

2.  Click Other Tax Situations across the top.

3.  Scroll down Identity Protection PIN and click Start or Revisit.
