You got charged for the Tax Due? Or was it for the Turbo Tax fees? The fees are to prepare the return whether you efile or print and mail. Efiling is included and free.
Did you try entering 0 for the AGI to efile? When did you file 2019? If it was late in the year or you mailed it, try putting in 0 (zero) for the AGI. And see, https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/rejections/help/what-if-i-entered-the-correct-agi-and-i-m-still-ge...

If you can’t get it to efile you will have to print and mail it.

Be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them. You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places. Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.

Yeah, I got charged for the tax due. It's still pending, so I don't know if it's going to go away or not. I also did get a charge by Turbo Tax, but that's obviously expected. I tried entering 0 for the AGI and it was still rejected. My taxes weren't late last year. I filed them the same as I always do. I have no idea why my AGI doesn't match.
If you got charged for the Tax Due then the IRS must have got your return. Or did you go online directly to the IRS to pay it? If the tax due goes though then say you will mail a check and don't send a check.
I Had same issue. Turbo Tax told me that IRS has not completed posting the 2019 files so they don't know what the AGI is so they reject the file. She told me to enter 0 and resend the e-file. Good Luck
