My taxes were rejected and we need to speak to someone

First review the information you input.  Make sure that the numbers you input are correct, especially any social security numbers or other identification.

If this doesn't help and since we can't see what is happening on your return, it would be a help to you to initiate a call with us. TurboTax will call you back and an agent can share your TurboTax screen with you.

 You can contact us by following the steps below:

  1. Log into your return and continue it
  2. Click on the help icon in the upper right corner
  3. Click on Contact us (See the screenshot below)
  4. Give an explanation of what the problem with your return is
  5. Select "Get a callback"
  6. Enter your telephone number, name and e-mail (See the second screenshot below)
  7. Click on the Call me button
