My taxes were not filed correctly and it was am associate who did the filing.

Have your associate file an amended return if your taxes were not properly filed.   What was filed incorrectly?  Can you provide some details?

To be honest, im not sure. When i filed it was accepted. Then all of a sudden i get a notice that i actually owe. I just need help in resolving my account with the irs.

If you ever get a letter form the IRS or a state revenue department, please visit our TurboTax Audit Support Center. They will explain the letter to you and suggest how to respond to it.

However, if you need to get into what your "associate" did and whether or not you may incur penalties and/or interest as a result, you may want to consult a local tax professional.
