My taxes were kicked back electronically
I sent my taxes in electronically and it kicked them back with the following error message: Identity Protection Personal Identification Number (IPPIN) Reject Code IND-181-01. How do I get this information because I have called the IRS and emailed them repeatedly and no response! I am so angry, I just want to throw my hands up and say screw them if I can't get them to help me out! This is ridiculous to not be able to get help from the very people who want to penalize you and threaten you if you are two minutes late in filing!!
Please can someone help me out??
Thank you!!

If you cannot get the IP PIN from the IRS or here: retrieve IP PIN then you cannot file electronically. You must print your return and file by mail.
